Bu sürüm ile istikrar arttırıcı düzeltmeler yapılmış, yeni özellikler eklenmiş, performans arttırıcı işlemler ve genel hatalar giderilmiştir. Sürüm güncellemenizi tavsiye ediyoruz. Çünkü phpBB 3.0.6 pek çok hatayı giderir ve beraberinde yeni özellikler getirir. En önemli özellikleriden birisi, svn den alıp monte ettiğimiz sunucu taraflı cache özellikleri sonunda dahil edildi, bu sayede son kullanıcıya ulaştı. Bir başka önemli özellik de RSS ve ATOM desteği.
